Positive: It's immaculately clean, the family that run it are delightful, it's right next to the bus station, the kitchen was a great facility, it's spacious, there's a lovely courtyard with chairs to sit. The rooms at the back of the building (away from the road) are surprisingly quiet. Fully recommend staying here

Negative: Access was via a doorbell, just to make anyone aware. It's not a problem as the family run up and down the stairs to let you in, it's just different.

Positive: The hotel quite new, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent nearby the old city centre and tourist attraction points. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The hot water pressure quite low.

Positive: Urban Colonial is run by a young family who is super friendly and helpful. I felt safe at all times and the location couldn't be more perfect. It is within walking distance to the historical city center and one of the major bus stops is just around the corner. Urban Colonial has various comfortable hangout areas and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. I will definitely come again.

Positive: Great location, close to central market! Our room was instantly upgraded with a private bathroom! Great price, the staff was super accommodating, warm showers, kitchen to use and even space to store our bicycles! Eddy the owner welcomed us with our little dog and help us get a shuttle taxi to the airport to bring our 2x boxed bicycles and personal gear!
